Opening

On July 6, 2019 a team of 14 missionaries from Elevate Church in Monroe Michigan will travel to Choluteca, Honduras to work with Great Comission Church to share the gospel by working to restore the physical and spiritual needs of the least, last, and lost of the community. The team will share our experiences and how God is changing our lives and impacting the people of Honduras on this blog

Hi ho, hi ho, it’s off to work we go!

We got so much of the house done today! What a great start! Martha’s face all day was filled with a smile. More kids keep appearing on the job site and at our events in the community center for them. 

AND I MET A HONDURAN COWBOY!!! His name is Juan, but we call him Woody. 

We went for what they consider to be ice cream tonight. We would call them milkshakes and slushys. They were delicious! Lots of laughs and lots of new memories being made. 

PS. 7 men are down and on the Cipro lol
